Dino, with more than 18 years of finance experience, has been Chief Financial Officer at Precis, Inc., a Grand Prairie, TX, publicly traded health insurance business; Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and President of Trinity Hospice (24 locations nationwide); and was Vice President, Chief Accountant, and Corporate Controller for the publicly traded Dynacare, Inc. a $400 million clinical laboratory testing services company.
