Dorothy Knight is Vice President of Billing and Reimbursement on the MedExpress team. Dorothy is a seasoned executive with a wide range of healthcare experience including: hospitals, private practice multi-specialty groups, community health centers, and national consulting firms.

With over 30 years of experience, Dorothy was previously CEO for a large multi-specialty surgical practice in North Carolina. Prior to that, she was the CEO for Premier Community Healthcare Group in Florida, COO for Digestive Disease Associates in Maryland and a Managing Director for ELM Services, a national consulting firm. She received her bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University, and a Masters of Public Management from the H.J. Heinz School of Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University.

Dorothy is responsible for:

• Company-wide billing and reimbursement
• Building relationships with center staff
• Revenue cycle training and development.
