Harry M. Rubenstein, Esq., is the MedExpress General Counsel and has worked with MedExpress since inception, managing legal matters and advising development of legal and compliance standards for the company.
Harry earned his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law. He was most recently the managing partner for the Law Firm Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP’s Morgantown Office.
