POSITION TITLE: Lab Technician(PT)

JOB ID: LT26330

DEPARTMENT: Laboratory

PURPOSE: Performs clinical laboratory testing in a moderate complexity laboratory. Assumes the responsibility of applying scientific knowledge in performing laboratory procedures and maintains high standards in laboratory performance.

POSITION DEMANDS: Minimun of an Assocaites Degree in a laboratory science of medical technology.  Must be certified by Americal Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) and maintain current state Practitioners License to perform testing in West Virginia.
