PURPOSE: Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
POSITION DEMANDS: This position assists the Vice-President of Operations in providing administrative and clinical leadership on all shifts. The Clinical Operations Administrative Assistant will help plan, coordinate and manage personnel and resources to provide the highest quality patient care with trained, professional and competent staff in the most cost-effective manner. This role will also assist in the provision of ongoing educational and professional development of staff. In conjunction with the Center Managers, the Clinical Operations Administrative Assistant will collaborate with physicians and other health care providers to assure optimal patient care.
1. In collaboration with the Vice-President of Operations, manages patient care delivery to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction with efficient resource management.
2. Collaborates with the Vice-President of Operations, Center Managers, and others in developing the strategic plan and direction for the Clinics. Practices the principles of performance improvement.
3. Promotion and support of an environment that is conducive to staff growth and development and autonomy.

5. Maintains workflow by studying methods, implementing cost reductions and developing reporting procedures.
6. Recommends procedures and operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements and implementing changes.
7. Provides information by answering questions and requests and follows up with immediate supervisor.
8. Assists with operational requirements including scheduling and assignment administrative projects and expediting work results.
9. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
