POSITION TITLE: Payroll Assistant(FT)

JOB ID: PA26505

DEPARTMENT: Clerical

PURPOSE: To assist in the processing of all divisional payrolls to assure accuracy, timely completion and compliance with corporate policies and procedures along with following state and federal regulations. Responsible for preparing various reports relating to payroll administration and divisional cost on a biweekly and monthly basis. Works in conjunction with the Human Resources Manager to maintain the payroll and HRIS database.

POSITION DEMANDS:
  •  Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
  •  Two (2) to four (4) years work experience in processingpayroll or related clerical or administrative duties for WV and PA.
  •  Experience with multi-location payrolls. Capable of processing payroll for the current 40 locations and with the size of operations to increase significantly over the next few years.
  •  Familiarity with ADP’s payroll products desired.
