MedExpress Continues to Grow

(Morgantown, WV – May 10, 2007)

MedExpress Urgent Care will open its seventh clinic on May 15. The Morgantown-based company was established in 2001 to provide a customer-service approach to medicine, minimize wait times, and address the need for world-class compassionate
patient care.

“The continued growth is wonderful,” said Dr. Frank Alderman, President and CEO. “MedExpress was founded on strong principles of customer service and quality healthcare. We work hard at incorporating these ideals into every clinic we open. Our
patients love it, and growth is natural.”

The newest MedExpress clinic opens in Greensburg, PA, in the Eastgate Shopping Plaza on Route 30, and will be the fifth location in the Pittsburgh region. Other locations in Pennsylvania include Monroeville, Pleasant Hills, Mars and Washington. West Virginia
locations include Morgantown and Parkersburg.

“We’d love to provide great care everywhere, but the MedExpress Way takes an immense amount of detail and a careful attention to doing things correctly,” said Erich Lipphardt, Director of Development and Marketing. “We don’t open a clinic until we’re
confident it will be done right.”

Urgent Care fills a gap in traditional medical care delivery. It serves a need for treatment for a large percentage of medical issues that fall between primary care and emergency care.

“People like MedExpress for the convenience, atmosphere and efficiency it offers,” said Dr. Blankenship. “Appointments aren’t necessary– patients can just walk in when it is convenient for them, and most patients are seen and treated in under an hour.” All clinics are open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
