MedExpress Urgent Care Announces 8th Pennsylvania LocationOn March 5, Pittsburgh will have access to another convenient MedExpress Urgent Care location. The eighth MedExpress center in Southwest Pennsylvania will open on Freeport Road, O’Hara Township, near the Highland Park Bridge. This center offers those in the North Hills a more accessible location.
“This location fills a pocket in the north side of the city. We’ve identified a large demographic of patients who were traveling to our other centers for treatment,” said Dr. Alderman, President and CEO of MedExpress. “We’re pleased to be able to bring a MedExpress center to a location that’s more easily accessible to them, and their communities.”
Since opening its first Pennsylvania center in Washington in 2004, MedExpress has opened centers in Monroeville, Pleasant Hills, Mars, Greensburg, Upper St. Clair, and Scott Township. MedExpress also has locations in Morgantown, WV and Parkersburg, WV.
MedExpress was founded on the principals of convenience, with a strong focus on customer service, and there are no appointments. Patients can just walk in, 9am to 9pm, seven days a week. MedExpress is known for its attention to access, efficiency and care, and is proud of its ability to process, diagnose and treat most patients in under an hour.
