This partnership enables all centers to combine best practices and provide care to Denver residents through a shared vision – to exceed patient expectations in a welcoming environment. MedExpress offers five locations in or around Denver that provide another great option to Denver’s healthcare network. Locations include: Cherry Creek, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, and Parker.
“This is exciting for all of us. The centers in Denver have been providing great care and customer service to Denver residents already,” said Frank Alderman, MD, President and CEO of MedExpress. “That’s what makes this so special – we’re excited to introduce MedExpress with local providers and staff who are exceptional, well-known, and preferred throughout Denver.”
“There were many similarities in culture and philosophy between our companies. Partnering allows us to strengthen our ability to provide top-notch care, and expand access to affordable urgent care services,” said Mike Fallon, MD, ImmediaCare Urgent Care Founder and now MedExpress’ Regional Medical Director.
MedExpress focuses on providing a customer-service approach to urgent care in a welcoming environment. The new Castle Rock center, which opens July 8, 2008, includes a beautiful interior with granite countertops and bamboo floors to enhance the patient experience. Renovations at other centers are under way. “We’ve been sharing and comparing ideas on how to continually improve the way we do things. These changes will benefit our patients and our employees,” Fallon continued.
