Since opening its first center in 2001, in Morgantown, WV, MedExpress has been expanding rapidly and the need for administrative support has expanded with the number of centers.
The National Headquarters facility reunites several support personnel that have been separated due to space needs over the past couple of years. Three separate Morgantown offices, focused on supporting the centers, have consolidated under one roof. The Company renovated the former Food Lion grocery store to include a fully-functional data center, multi-use training facility and various office suites.
Added space, flexibility, and custom-designed workflow are the main highlights for the nearly 80 employees working in the 32,000 square foot facility.
“Our Headquarters will remain in Morgantown, West Virginia,” said Frank Alderman, MD, President and CEO of MedExpress. “This is where MedExpress started. This is where we learned our values – to be genuine, caring, and friendly. Our dedication to world-class care and customer service are the result of our lessons learned as West Virginians.”
