MedExpress Urgent Care promotes healthy, active lifestyles, and is the proud title sponsor of two regional racing events: the MedExpress Spirit of Morgantown Triathlon and the MedExpress Spirit of Pittsburgh Half Marathon and Two Person Relay.

The Spirit of Morgantown Triathlon, held on Sunday, August 9, 2009, features Sprint, Olympic, and Half-distance races. The course runs along the Monongahela River, through scenic Morgantown, West Virginia. This will be the fifth year of the event. The popularity of the Triathlon has increased significantly since inception, with the number of participants continually growing.

 

The Spirit of Pittsburgh Half Marathon and Two Person Relay will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2009. The course begins and ends at Southside Works in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, winding past Station Square, Point State Park, and over four of the Steel City’s signature bridges.
